**AI Engineering Expert**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Development: Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models to drive business growth.
  • Scalable Architecture: Develop efficient architectures for AI models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Data Pipeline Collaboration: Work with data engineers to implement robust data pipelines for training and serving AI models.
  • AI Model Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of AI models, from data preparation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Model Optimization: Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Tech Evaluation: Evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms to enhance capabilities.
  • R&D Contributions: Contribute to research and development efforts to create innovative AI-driven solutions.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists.
  • Code Review Leadership: Lead code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to AI and data engineering standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
  • Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
  • Expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
  • Experience with transformers and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Bloom, T5).
  • Proficiency in database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
