Job Overview: The Higher Education Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling students into higher education programs. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruit students into higher education programs through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough analyses of student applications to determine eligibility and suitability for admission.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, alumni, and other stakeholders to promote higher education programs.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet program enrollment goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and other recruitment efforts.
- Manage and analyze data to track recruitment metrics and inform future recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
