We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Islamabad.

  • Boost sales of current projects by developing effective marketing strategies and executing them flawlessly.
  • Brief clients on ongoing projects, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Deliver compelling marketing presentations that showcase our services and products.
  • Handle telephonic inquiries professionally, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Invite customers to sites, fostering strong relationships and building trust with our clients.
  • Maintain customer data and follow up to maximize sales, leveraging customer interactions to drive business growth.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Resolve client issues and queries efficiently, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve sales targets by staying focused on results-driven activities and consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Manage and improve lead generation, utilizing data analytics and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on Islamabad/Rawalpindi real estate projects and manage ongoing projects effectively, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
Key Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry, with 3+ years at a managerial level, providing a strong foundation for leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • BBA or MBA degree in Marketing or equivalent, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, enabling effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
