The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in designated territories. They will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with the area sales manager to achieve sales targets.
- Achievement of annual/monthly sales targets by effectively managing product availability, outlet coverage, and visibility.
- To build strong relationships with distributors and ensure timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and product pricing.
Mandatory qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management within FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of Information Technology and Services.
- Prior experience working in Karachi, Pakistan is an added advantage.
This position requires a highly motivated individual who can provide strategic guidance to the sales team and contribute towards the company's overall growth objectives.
