Job Title: Senior Sales Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Strategist to lead our Consumer sales team in developing and executing tactical sales plans that drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies aligned with our organization's vision to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster Team Growth: Support the growth and development of the Consumer sales team by ensuring seamless technological transitions, collaboration with executives, and proactive review of outcomes.
  • Establish Operating Plans: Develop and manage operating plans to drive sales performance against assigned targets.
  • Coordinate Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with marketing teams to access resources and maximize impact.
  • Implement Training Programs: Design and implement training programs and incentives to motivate the sales force and drive results.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of developing and executing tactical sales plans.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong sales planning and leadership skills with ability to manage deadlines and deliver results.
  • Knowledge of Sales Best Practices: Knowledge of sales best practices and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills: Effective conflict resolution skills at senior level.
