Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to oversee financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring seamless accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transaction Management: Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations for vendors and customers.
  • Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper cash flow management, including bank reconciliation and vendor/costumer payment processing.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Tax Compliance and Support: Assist in tax filing (GST, VAT, TDS, etc.) and statutory compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Payroll Processing and Administration: Support payroll calculations and disbursement, handling queries related to accounts, invoices, and payments.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis, helping to drive business growth and decision-making.
  • Auditing Support and Review: Provide assistance during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Expense Management and Control: Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures, promoting responsible spending and budget management.
  • Software and ERP Management: Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) for financial data management, ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Proven Experience: As a Financial Operations Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial transaction management and bookkeeping.
  • Strong Knowledge: Of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency: In accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar), with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Numerical and Analytical Skills: Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
