Optimize Medical Device Performance as a Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize device efficiency.
2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of skilled technicians to effectively troubleshoot and repair medical devices, leveraging technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
3. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive activities to identify potential issues before they affect device performance, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing costs.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production, quality control, and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
5. Strategic Objectives: Contribute towards achieving the company's strategic and operational goals by developing effective maintenance systems, processes, and best practices.
6. Schedule Management: Develop daily/weekly and monthly schedules and enforce them among the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and minimal downtime.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of surgical instruments and equipment.
2. Technical Knowledge: Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
4. Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve device-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum device performance.
