Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Direction: Work with cross-functional teams to implement a unified adidas quality direction, ensuring top-class quality where it matters most.
  2. Performance Targets: Ensure quality performance targets are met and objectives achieved.
  3. Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Product Integrity: Manage product integrity activities, serving as a single point of contact for product teams and suppliers.
  5. Testing Execution: Ensure correct testing execution and validation for products at various tiers.
  6. Risk Monitoring: Monitor product integrity, identifying potential risks and escalating non-compliance issues.
  7. Claims Management: Track warehouse claims and defective returns, collaborating with LO Operational Management and Claim Management Team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  8. Training and Development: Upskill LO and supplier teams on quality documentation and implementation of related policies.
  9. Audit and Inspection: Conduct factory audits within assigned operations areas, verifying quality management systems and performance levels.
  10. Supplier Onboarding: Onboard new suppliers, enabling them to manage daily quality activities according to adidas standards.
  11. Certification: Certify T1 AQL inspectors in collaboration with T1 Quality and LO Manufacturing teams.
  12. Third-Party Inspection: Implement third-party inspection programs at T1.
  13. Quality Projects: Support quality-related projects, trials, and initiatives at T1 and T2 suppliers.
