UX Design Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented UX Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to contribute to our design team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in user research, wireframing, and usability planning, with the ability to translate insights into intuitive and user-centered design solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitor analysis to gain a deeper understanding of user needs.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to represent and communicate user needs effectively.
  • Design and iterate low-fidelity wireframes and grey structures in collaboration with UI designers and product teams.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights and design improvements that enhance the user experience.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align UX goals with product strategy.
  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute user-centric design perspectives.
  • Assist with A/B testing, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to ensure design quality.
  • Maintain UX documentation including research plans, test scripts, and usability reports.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a UX design or hybrid UX research/design role.
  • Proficiency in wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq).
  • Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of UI principles and interaction design.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with remote testing or analytics tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, Google Analytics).
  • Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your research and design process, including wireframes or grey structure.
