Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our events and promotional activities.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing events such as school visits, corporate functions, and festivals. Liaising with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders is also an essential part of this position.

Maintaining bookings and records for museum facilities is another key responsibility. Additionally, monitoring visitor areas for maintenance and upkeep is crucial.

This role also supports marketing campaigns, branding strategies, and client communication. Preparing agreements and renewals for event contracts is another important task.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or public engagement.
