Our Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience, mentoring, and structured learning opportunities to kickstart their careers. As a trainee, you will gain exposure to various functions, work on impactful projects, and develop essential skills to grow within the organization.

Program Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

• To contribute to key departmental and organizational projects.
• To provide innovative ideas and solutions to improve efficiency and processes
• To lead end-to-end projects and initiatives contributing to the overall strategy of the organization
• To collaborate with stakeholder teams for project completion
• Comprehensive understanding of emerging trends in banking, digitization, IT, finance, compliance, and internal audit standards.

Individual Development Plan:

• Participate in workshops, training programs, and e-learning modules tailored for skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with mentors and team leaders to develop personal and professional goals.

Performance Monitoring:

• Regularly report progress on assigned tasks and projects to supervisors.
• Actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Demonstrating Initiative:

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.
• Showcase leadership potential through proactive contributions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of professional experience.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
