Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to oversee safety operations at our premises.

The role involves proactively managing health and safety protocols, responding effectively to any incidents within the premises, and ensuring that all fire safety systems and equipment remain in optimal working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fire risk assessments and housekeeping audits to ensure safety compliance.
  • Lead daily HSE briefings and coordinate with senior leadership.
  • Investigate safety incidents and submit reports with corrective actions.
  • Set and monitor annual HSE objectives and operational standards.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.
  • Deliver HSE orientations and annual refresher trainings.
  • Oversee work permits and fire safety systems via management system.
  • Propose safety improvements in consultation with senior leadership.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and quality management systems.
  • Conduct emergency drills and attend weekly coordination meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within corporate or plant environments.
  • Solid understanding of fire safety systems, emergency response procedures, and legal HSE regulations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with quality management systems.
