Job Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires an individual to handle receptionist duties, provide excellent customer service, operate office equipment, and support daily administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the front desk and office areas are clean and tidy; report any unusual or unethical activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff attendance, leave records, and staff movement.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding daily attendance.
  • Maintain records of sick and unauthorized leaves.
  • Prepare and verify overtime sheets.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and direct them to the concerned staff or department heads.
  • Arrange hotel and air ticket bookings following protocols.
  • Prepare and submit welcome packs for new hires.
