Job Overview

The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards APAC role entails providing analytical support for regional Reward programs across multiple business lines. As a key member of the APAC team, you will be responsible for in-depth analysis, research, and data-driven insights to inform compensation and benefits initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts comprehensive analysis on regional Reward programs, ensuring compliance with local legislation and regulations.
  • Develops creative communication materials, including PowerPoints and dashboards, to educate HR and managers on C&B initiatives.
  • Leads the benefit renewal process, ensuring accurate tracking of plan changes and supporting annual benefits budget processes.
  • Supports international compensation management through the preparation of competitive analysis and trend identification.
  • Prepares job pricing recommendations for executive, complex, or niche roles, analyzing data and identifying trends.
  • Supports the regional implementation of global and/or international C&B programs, including annual pay review cycles, bonus processes, equity, sales incentive plans, and recognition schemes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to design processes that minimize risk and drive efficiency.
  • Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong understanding of Willis Towers Watson surveys and benchmarking methodology.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex analysis and tell a compelling story.
  • Excellent relationship and customer service skills, with the ability to manage conflict and influence others.
  • A global 'one team' mindset, fostering creativity and collaborative working across the entire team.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with mathematical aptitude.
    • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues.
