">About the Role:
">We are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Development department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our learning strategy and developing innovative digital solutions.
">In this position, you will have the opportunity to build and oversee our Learning Architecture and Digital Learning Solutions. This will include implementing, administering, and governing our Learning Management System (LMS) and creating engaging digital learning content.
">Your primary responsibilities will be to lead the rollout, implementation, and administration of our LMS, ensuring effective governance and maintenance to support global learning initiatives across 18 countries.
">You will also apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning content, utilizing multimedia tools and technologies to produce high-quality digital learning assets and programs.
">Furthermore, you will develop and implement a comprehensive learning architecture for our organization, evaluating usage and effectiveness of digital learning programs and implementing continuous improvements.
">This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in LMS and learning technology, instructional design, and digital content development.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in digital learning management, instructional design, or a related field.">
- Proven experience with LMS implementation, administration, and governance in a global, multi-entity, and/or matrix organization.">
- Strong technical skills in instructional design and digital content development.">
- Experience creating digital learning programs, including educational videos and online courses.">
- Experience with process design and improvement, and system implementation.">
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.">
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.">
