Job Description

• We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive innovation and growth in our Home Lending division.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with cross-functional teams to set strategy, clarify requirements, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.

User Research and Testing

The Product Director will conduct user research sessions and usability testing to gather insights and validate product features, iterating based on feedback to deliver best-in-class products.

This role also involves facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring and Communication

The Product Director will analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product.

This role requires regular updates to stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and upcoming priorities, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

Industry Trends and Innovation

The successful candidate will stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

This role also involves developing product roadmaps that outline the strategic direction and key milestones, ensuring they are communicated and understood by all relevant parties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field: A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in user experience design and solution design.
• Proficient in Figma, JIRA, JIRA Align, Excel, PowerPoint, Process Mapping Tools.
