We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this individual will be responsible for managing and implementing local and wide-area enterprise networks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Network Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with and manage a team of Network Engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
  • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with security specialists to develop and implement advanced security solutions, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data.
  • Infrastructure Development: Identify opportunities for improving network infrastructure and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements.
  • Change Management: Review, coordinate, and approve network changes to ensure seamless implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Disaster Recovery: Ensure disaster recovery systems are accessible and functioning as intended.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in network or infrastructure support environment, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
  • Skillset: Proven expertise in developing process and procedural documentation, customer-focused approach, ability to work professionally in a pressured environment, management of web operations in a Linux/LAMP Architecture, experience with DNS, Load Balancing technology, networking monitoring, and business continuity.
