The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to implementation, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results that meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on deadlines, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance teams, for seamless delivery across multiple scrum teams and product lines.
  • Develop and implement Agile practices, manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure high performance across teams.
  • Act as a primary contact between internal teams and partners, facilitating communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software project management.
  • Proven track record as a Technical Project Manager in fast-paced environments, preferably managing complex technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience managing multiple scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
