Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to join our team. This role requires strong backend development experience, with expertise in SQL programming and database performance tuning.


About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing solutions within an Agile team to support key business needs.
  • This includes designing and implementing software components for content systems, performing analysis, and articulating solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a software developer, you will be responsible for managing and improving existing solutions, solving complex problems, and figuring out possible solutions while weighing costs and benefits.


What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of strong backend development experience is essential.
  • Excellent logical, analytical, and communication skills are necessary, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies.
  • Experience in conducting application design and code reviews is also required.
