Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a qualified Financial Manager to lead our finance team and drive financial excellence. This is a key role that will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reports, preparing and generating monthly financial analysis reports, and having a strong understanding of the intricacies of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other financial transactions within an organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead team responsible for maintaining accurate financials, including accounts payable and receivable management, inventory valuation, and fixed asset management
- Prepare and generate monthly financial analysis reports, as well as year-end audits and tax returns
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Train and organize the finance team to ensure effective utilization of resources and efficient financial processes
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision, goal setting, and performance reviews of the finance team
- Develop strong team cohesion through continuous contact with team members in the form of regularly scheduled one on ones, and team meetings
