Social Mobilization Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as a Community Mobilizer. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly Afghan refugees, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement community mobilization strategies to promote our organization's services
2. Conduct assessments to identify community needs and priorities
3. Build partnerships with local stakeholders to enhance service delivery
4. Organize community meetings, workshops, and awareness-raising sessions
5. Facilitate the formation of community-based volunteers' groups
6. Mobilize refugees' communities towards program activities
7. Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs to ensure access to services
8. Maintain accurate records of community mobilization activities

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Experience: Three years of community mobilization experience, preferably with displaced Afghan nationals.
