Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter/Transcriber to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard translators with various skills, including written translation, voiceover, and transcription services.
  • Recruit and onboard vendors, registering them in our database.
  • Perform transcription work as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Listening Skills: You should have enhanced ability to listen and accurately comprehend spoken language.
  • Fast and Accurate Typing: You should possess fast and accurate typing skills, enabling you to complete transcription tasks efficiently.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You should have fantastic command over the English language, both formal and colloquial, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Software Proficiency: You should be competent in Microsoft Office and other software tools, ensuring seamless integration into our workflow.
  • Time Management: You should demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: You should have keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in your work.
Qualifications

A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field, is essential for this role.
