Job Title: Digital Learning Facilitators

">Role Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to join our team as Digital Learning Facilitators. As a key member of our education technology support team, you will play a vital role in enhancing digital learning outcomes in public sector schools.

Your primary responsibility will be to deploy educational technologies in schools, train teachers and students on their effective use, and assess school readiness for digital learning. You will also conduct evaluations to measure the impact of technology integration and provide recommendations for improvement.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Deployment: Deploy educational hardware and software solutions in schools, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Training and Support: Train teachers and students on the effective use of educational technologies, addressing any technical or operational challenges they may face.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of technology integration and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommendations and Reporting: Provide recommendations to stakeholders on how to optimize digital learning outcomes and prepare regular reports on project progress.
">Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, educational technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in ed-tech, IT support, digital learning, or technology integration in education.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in working with educational hardware such as smart boards, interactive screens, and Chromebooks. Familiarity with open-source and free-license educational tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including school administrators, teachers, and students.
