Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

  • Develop new retail and modern market customers through effective customer engagement and contract negotiation.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base and establish a strong presence in the industry.
  • Contribute to creating annual sales incentive programs for the retail and modern market sales team.
  • Support the Marketing Department in gathering competitors' information and market data.
  • Presentation of sales, revenue and expense reports, as well as realistic forecasts.
Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and development of relationships with key customers in the retail and modern market sectors.
  • Execution of sales and marketing plans to increase customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Regular provision of sales reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with the Marketing Department to gather market insights and competitor information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the plastic piping industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to new challenges and demonstrate self-discipline.
  • Experience in sales and a strong network of customers in the piping industry.
