We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Academic Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who shares our passion for education, youth empowerment, and social impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outreach to local schools, communities, and organizations to identify talented students from financially challenged backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Distributing and collecting scholarship applications and required documentation.
  • Organizing and conducting testing and interview processes for student selection.
  • Verifying financial need and background information through document review and field visits.
  • Maintaining accurate records of applicants, test results, and interviews.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills in Urdu and English. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by underprivileged students and families.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to select and support talented students. You will also assist in the mentor-student matching process based on student needs and mentor availability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields)
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, education projects, or nonprofit work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Urdu and English).
  • Ability to travel locally for school visits, interviews, and community outreach.
