Senior Quality Assurance Manager: Lead and Develop Software Testing Process

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our software testing process. This is a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement software testing processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure timely and effective testing of software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software products.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 6-8 years of related work experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including agile and traditional approaches.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
