Job Description

To safeguard our infrastructure and contribute to achieving organizational objectives, we are seeking a seasoned IT Security professional.

This position serves as a senior-level expert in network and cyber security functions. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of our IT Security Roadmap and coordinate security processes to protect our global assets.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive network security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect our IT infrastructure and data.
  2. Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust network security architecture, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and other security solutions.
  3. Identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks across all network layers.
  4. Establish and enforce comprehensive network security policies for implementation.
  5. Ensure compliance with industrial best practices on all network devices.
  6. Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities.
  7. Actively monitor security threats and risks, provide in-depth incident analysis, evaluate security incidents, and conduct proactive threat research.
  8. Oversee day-to-day security operations, including monitoring network traffic, analyzing security logs, and detecting and responding to security threats.
  9. Collaborate with various departments to ensure continuous compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO27001, and CIS controls.
  10. Prepare for and assist during client security audits and assessments.
  11. Participate in the change management process.
  12. Understand cloud security concepts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering/Telecom.

Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in network security and operations.

Working Hours: Flexible schedule, including evening shifts.
