Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as an Assistant Manager in our Quality Enhancement Cell. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in implementing and maintaining our quality management system, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement a robust Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2008 Standard requirements.
  • Support the Director QEC in preparing comprehensive Self-Assessment Reports.
  • Arrange entry, mid, and end-point surveys, and accurately document survey results.
  • Assist the Director in drafting Quarterly Progress Reports for the Higher Education Commission.
  • SUPervise data analysts in their daily activities related to quality management.
  • Provide consultancy services to all departments on Project Excellence 2010.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff members' knowledge of quality systems and tools.
  • Offer advisory and reference services to new employees.
  • Manage the Quality Manual and Six Mandatory procedures.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of Control of documents and Records procedure.
Requirements
  • Candidates possessing expertise in Quality Management Processes, familiarity with statistical techniques, and strong computer application skills will be given preference.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and writing skills are essential.
  • Practical experience with Quality Management Systems, tools, and standards is necessary. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma implementation techniques is desirable.
