Role Summary

This is a mid-senior level opportunity to join our team as a visual designer. The role involves creating high-quality visual materials for strategic pursuits, working closely with pursuit teams to develop client-facing materials and ensuring the effective use of approved design strategy.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to support pursuets by designing and developing visually appealing materials that align with the pursuit's theme and messaging. This includes devising innovative cover art, charts, graphs and packaging methods, creating layouts within the firm's visual identity and presenting design options to stakeholders.

In addition to design expertise, the successful candidate will have strong project management skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience in supervising and leading teams, conducting training sessions and updating pipeline reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in graphic design with exposure to brand marketing
  • Knowledge of the firm's products and services is helpful
  • Ability to be agile in a high-paced environment and produce quality work in high-pressure situations
  • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
  • Keep abreast of industry knowledge and trends
