Materials Handler

As a critical member of our supply chain operations, this role plays a vital part in overseeing the movement and distribution of materials across various locations.

• Maintain accurate records of product movement from suppliers to retail outlets, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on items before preparing them for dispatch, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure that all supplies are sent on time and reach their intended destinations efficiently.
• Closely monitor stock levels, making adjustments as necessary to prevent overstocking or understocking.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks within the warehouse, including repairs and housekeeping duties.
• Provide administrative support to management by handling various clerical tasks, such as data entry and report preparation.
• Assist the supply chain manager in planning and organizing the distribution of goods, streamlining processes for optimal efficiency.
