Position: Assistant Professor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic educationist to join our academic team as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science.

This is a full-time position that requires teaching, research, and service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching, with a strong research background and publication record.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures and lessons, preparing course materials, and evaluating students' performance through exams, assignments, and other assessments. They will also conduct original research in their area of expertise, publish academic articles and books, and present their findings at conferences.

Key qualifications include:

  • Teaching Skills: Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, effective communication and presentation skills, and ability to design and develop curriculum.
  • Research Skills: Strong research background and publication record, ability to conduct original research and publish in reputable journals, familiarity with research methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Service Skills: Ability to serve on departmental and university committees, participate in academic advising and mentoring.

Beyond the core responsibilities, we seek someone who is adaptable, able to manage time effectively, and balance multiple responsibilities. We also value candidates who can work collaboratively with colleagues and lead research teams.
