Lead Solar Designer

The lead solar designer is responsible for the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects
  • Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements
  • Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments
  • Manage the design process from concept to final submission

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, Aurora)
