About the Role

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of these high-profile projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor progress and provide detailed reports to senior management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in multi-story residential/commercial projects.
  • Expertise in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
