Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team at CodeAutomation.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and a strong commitment to creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

About the Role:

  1. As a vital member of our team, the UI/UX Designer will play a key role in designing and optimizing user interfaces for digital products and platforms.
  2. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from usability testing, user feedback, and stakeholder reviews to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to incorporate innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure designs are faithfully translated into functional interfaces, addressing any design-related issues that arise during development.
  • Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines to facilitate collaboration and maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  2. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  3. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  5. Ability to conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize user experiences.
  7. A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for Project Management.
  6. Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
  7. Strong organization and time management skills.
