We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Game 2D Artist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for clean and artful design, superior UI/2D skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows.

Job Summary

• The Game 2D Artist is responsible for creating beautiful, user-friendly experiences and ensuring that our high standards are maintained throughout all of our games.

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Well-versed with graphic applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• 0-1 year's experience in Graphic/UI Design/2D and a strong portfolio to show for it.
• Capable of taking direction and working productively based on feedback.
• Understanding of common typographical/layout/interaction design practices and methodology.
• An eye for detail and the desire to push the boundaries of common expectations.
• Passion for working in the games industry.
• Familiarity with video games on iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong visual design sense with attention to clarity, usability, and aesthetics.

What will you be doing?

• Create new or support existing UI/2D Design and graphic design for smartphone games.
• Conceptualize original UI buttons, menu, and workflows.
• Design smooth and fluid UIs, enhancing and optimizing user experience.
• Organize 2D elements in a meaningful, clear, and usable way.
• Create UI mockups, wireframes, and in-game assets including menus, buttons, icons, and pop-ups.
• Ensure consistency and quality of Art Assets across all projects.
• Iterate on designs based on internal reviews and user testing.
• Stay current with UI/2D best practices and trends in mobile gaming.
