We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI models. You will design, train, and fine-tune AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and neural networks. You'll also build and enhance data pipelines & ETL workflows in collaboration with data engineers.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  1. Model Building: Design, train, and fine-tune AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and neural networks.
  2. Data Workflow Development: Build and enhance data pipelines & ETL workflows in collaboration with data engineers.
  3. Deep Learning Performance: Optimize deep learning models for scalability, efficiency, and performance.
  4. Vector Database Administration: Implement and manage vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone) for AI applications.
  5. Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
  6. Responsible AI Guidelines: Ensure model explainability, fairness, and bias mitigation for responsible AI practices.
  7. Customer Insight Generation: Lead customer discussions, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  8. Production Launch: Deploy models in production with intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
