Job Title: Senior Engineering Director

Overview:
The Chief Engineer is responsible for leading the planning and development efforts across all sites within the organization. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and develop comprehensive project plans and timelines in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments for proposed projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects within allocated resources.
  5. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays proactively.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Extensive experience in engineering and project management roles, particularly as a CORP Engineer.
  3. Professional engineering licensure or certification preferred.
  4. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  5. Strong technical expertise in planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
