Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our QA team and develop comprehensive testing frameworks for our mobile and web products. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and implementing testing strategies, developing automated test cases, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Testing Frameworks: Design and execute a comprehensive testing framework that ensures the quality and stability of our products.
  • Coordinate Testing Efforts: Collaborate with discipline leads to coordinate testing efforts and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop Testing Strategies: Plan, execute, and document testing strategies, prioritizing bugs and working with the product team to resolve them.
  • Automate Test Cases: Develop automated test cases to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing time.
  • Create Regression Tests: Design and execute regression tests to ensure stability and quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA or equivalent discipline.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in object-oriented programming and scripting languages.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with database, web, and mobile technologies, including iOS.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Clear understanding of how different components in products function at code-level.
