Industry Engagement Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for member companies, addressing their needs and fostering relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance industry engagement, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Oversight of member onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies to ensure sustained participation and satisfaction.
  • Establish high-level relationships with members, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive collaborations and partnerships.
  • Provide strategic guidance to members, offering business development support, market intelligence, and resources to enhance growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and messaging promoting initiatives and highlighting member interests.
  • Align advocacy efforts with industry needs and priorities through policy and government relations team coordination.
  • Coordinate with the skills development team to ensure training programs align with market demands.
  • Develop strategies to expand membership, increase engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to create programs addressing member needs and enhancing industry visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of industry partnerships and engagement activities, providing regular reports.

This position requires 8-10 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, or a related field, along with a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
