Job Title: Talent and Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Oxbridge Digital is seeking a skilled Talent and Operations Manager to join our HR department. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing site HR operations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also oversee the organization's HR systems, prepare the organization-wide HR budget, and manage digital copies of employee personal files.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
* Manage site HR operations, including supervising payroll and benefits
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
* Oversee the organization's HR systems, including SAP HCM and Fiori/Employee portal
* Prepare the organization-wide HR budget

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
