Key Responsibilities
  • Organizing and managing the Director of Finance's office
  • Maintaining office files and documents
  • Preparing confidential and sensitive documents as needed
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings with stakeholders
Requirements
  • A graduate degree, preferably an MBA from a recognized university or institution
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Package and other productivity tools
  • Shorthand skills are an added advantage
