Senior .NET Software Engineer Lead

As a senior .NET software engineer with mixed experience, you will lead a team of developers in creating innovative applications. Your role involves direct communication with clients in the U.S. to collect requirements and understand their expectations.

The selected individual will also communicate and support team members to achieve cumulative project success. Daily SCRUM meetings are hosted by the U.S. team, and tasks are assigned on a daily or weekly basis with updated status reports required from individual team members.

Your responsibilities include following company architecture and coding standards while assisting in the creation of documentation and test plans for new system development.

C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server skills are essential, along with excellent design and analytical skills. Knowledge of C# design patterns, generic collections, JQuery, ASP.NET state management, and Silverlight is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follower of company architecture and coding standards
  • Assist in creation of documentation and test plans
  • Document functional and technical specifications as needed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • TFS - Team Foundation Server knowledge is a plus
  • SQL Server - writing stored procedures and XML in queries is a plus
