Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations and e-commerce strategies of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective online business plans to boost site traffic and generate sales;
  • Processing daily orders and ensuring the overall sales and profits of the e-store are met;
  • Providing exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and determining optimal solutions;
  • Executing and managing e-marketing plans in collaboration with other team members across various channels;
  • Maintaining close relationships with suppliers and ensuring adequate store supplies;
  • Managing all store operational issues, including inventory management and physical inventories;
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and release of orders for pick-up;
  • Preparing work schedules and analyzing procurement activities to recommend improvements;
  • Fostering relations between suppliers and selecting products to enhance sales.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 01 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English;
  • Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs;
  • Expertise in SEO, SMO, SEM marketing;
  • Demonstrated understanding of online marketing principles.
Preferred Experience

Working with platforms such as symbios, tech city, daraz, and home shopping would be an asset.
