Lead Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to drive quality excellence across our products. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for redefining processes, championing modern quality practices, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Spearhead the restructuring and revitalization of the QA department to elevate quality standards across all projects

  • Monitor QA team efficiency and dynamically allocate resources based on project needs
  • Drive the transition from manual testing to automated, AI-driven QA workflows
Responsibilities
  1. Redefine workflows and processes to improve quality standards across all projects
  2. Develop and implement automation frameworks and AI-driven testing tools to increase coverage and productivity
  3. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure QA processes stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms (such as Testim, Mabl, or Applitools)
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in software systems and an aptitude for critical thinking and detail-oriented work
