A business quality specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that the quality management system is consistently applied throughout the site. This function serves as the guardian of food safety and compliance, driving Nestlé Continuous Excellence in pursuit of zero defect and waste.

  • Set up, manage, enforce, and maintain the quality management system at plant level.
  • Develop and maintain competences, quality awareness, and commitment to zero defect at plant.
  • E nsure the correct functioning of the laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of equipment, and training of technicians.
  • Ensure adherence to good hygienic practices at plant and implement effective pest management programs.
  • Manage internal auditing programs, assessing performance, reporting effectiveness, and proposing actions for improvement.
  • Monitor key quality parameters through statistical process control, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain full compliance with products and promote quality awareness among plant personnel and contractors.
  • Adhere to WHO and Local Code standards and refrain from direct contact with pregnant women and mothers of infants and young children.
  • Bachelor's degree in food science or Microbiology with 1-2 years of experience in quality.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and extensive collaboration with corporate teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering results through cross-functional teamwork.
