Job Overview:
As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our event venue. This role involves ensuring the venue is well-maintained, managing procurement of necessary supplies, and coordinating with staff to deliver exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage venue operations, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Procure groceries, tools, equipment, and other supplies required for venue operations.
  • Keep detailed inventory and purchasing records for efficient cost control.
  • Provide informative tours for potential clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate logistics, bookings, and staff assignments for scheduled events.
  • Manage documentation related to bookings, vendor contracts, and compliance.
  • Process all payments related to venue bookings, ensuring full payment prior to each event.
  • Schedule visitor appointments accurately and coordinate timings to avoid conflicts.
  • Ensure paperwork and approvals are completed before each event.
  • Assist with basic graphic design tasks, such as creating promotional materials and digital content.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in venue, event, or operations management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience handling documents and payments.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
  • Basic maintenance and facility oversight skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Graphic design skills, such as proficiency in Adobe Suite or Canva, are an advantage.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
