• Meet annual targets set by the Head of Department to ensure high-quality student outcomes.
• Contribute to creating a supportive teaching environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
• Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials, using innovative strategies to facilitate experiential learning.
• Develop and maintain learning materials, schemes of work, and records to track student progress and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop module information packs, assignments, and examination questions.
• Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the planning of teaching programs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching and learning skills.
• Maintain effective relationships with academic colleagues and industry partners.
• Supervise student projects, field trips, and placements, ensuring a safe and enriching experience.
• Evaluate and improve teaching content and methods to align with our institution's mission.

• Exceed annual targets set by the Head of Department.
• Contribute to a minimum of 5 departmental or university-wide projects per year.
• Receive positive feedback from students on teaching quality and engagement.
• Maintain a high level of student satisfaction and achievement rates.
