Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Software Engineer to drive innovation and excellence in software engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software architecture and applications that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software architecture and applications according to business needs
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills
  • Troubleshoot code-level issues efficiently
  • Lead the development team with architectural guidance and expertise
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for high-quality products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology and product roadmaps
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience designing and executing enterprise-class products
  • 6+ years of experience in software development
  • Excellent proficiency in technical leadership, including:
    • Microsoft Technologies: .NET / .NET Core, Web Services
    • Web technologies: ReactJS, Typescript, KenduUI, CSS, HTML
    • Enterprise Applications: Microservices, Containers, Service orchestration
    • Database: SQL Server
    • Others: Git, GitFlow, Linux
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and responsive team player
