We are looking for a highly skilled expert in conversational summarization to join our team as a Research Quality Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to conversation summarization tasks, capturing clinical content with high accuracy, and ensuring consistency in annotating.

About the Role:

1. Contribute to conversation summarization tasks with high accuracy.
2. Capture clinical content accurately within guidelines provided.
3. Edit drafts created by AI models to ensure high-quality output.
4. Maintain formatting in reports according to research guidelines.
5. Ensure maximum consistency in annotating.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Summarize conversations with high accuracy.
2. Review and edit drafts created by AI models.
3. Collaborate with other specialists to maintain consistency in annotating.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-15 years of experience in scribing/transcription/coding experience in clinical documentation.
• Experience in multiple specialty documentation.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, AHDI guidelines, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects.
• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
• Excellent English grammar and spelling.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
