Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives. This role requires a solid understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem and the relationships between all channels.

You will collaborate with the leadership team on marketing and advertising strategy and execution. Additionally, you will support and mentor a team of digital advertising specialists to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role. You will also have expertise in planning and implementing a successful paid search and paid social strategy.

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on marketing and advertising strategy and execution.
  • Support and mentor a team of digital advertising specialists to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.
  • Manage and execute paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in planning and implementing a successful paid search and paid social strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
